Shipping

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified/cancelled. All Vintage, made to measure, bespoke and custom pieces are non refundable. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.


You will receive an email notification with confirmation once you place your order. All orders are shipped through USPS Ground/FEDEX 

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note, Private Stash does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

Private Stash is unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.

Private Stash is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.


International orders

Private Stash offers worldwide shipping. Please contact us if you are unsure about your country.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.


Markdowns and Adjustments

Items purchased during markdown periods or marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Discount codes applied at check out will be marked as FINAL SALE.  

Sale Adjustments After Purchase
If we markdown the price of an item you have already purchased, we will adjust the sale price at your request within 10 days of your delivery date. 

Private Stash does not participate in price matching with other retailers.

Private Stash reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.


Returns and exchanges - North America

To initiate a return or an exchange, please email info@privatestash.com

Private Stash allows returns and exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style preferred. Exchange shipping will not be paid by Private Stash. 

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If Private Stash determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

International orders are not eligible for exchange.

Private Stash allows returns within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by customer.

A full refund, less the original shipping cost, will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If Private Stash determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.


Private Stash reserves the right to change our shipping and returns policies at anytime without notification.
